Garrett began his career in agriculture in 2010, co-founding Fowler Brothers Farming alongside his brother. What started as a family operation quickly grew into a trusted farming and land development company, known for delivering practical solutions rooted in real-world field experience—from orchard development to large-scale agricultural preparation.

In 2021, Garrett founded Ag Land Partners to expand his focus beyond operations and into strategic agricultural asset management. Through Ag Land Partners, he works closely with landowners, growers, and investors to optimize property performance, improve operational efficiency, and build sustainable, profitable farming systems.
